Access to the funding is available for houses built prior to 2000 that lack insufficient insulation to meet EECA’s requirements (as assessed by Bay Insulation (2007Ltd) an approved service provider.

Energywise™ Funding

You may qualify for funding assistance to have your home insulated with the Energywise™ Funding.

Houses are eligible for one grant of 33% of the cost of insulation/other measures, up to $1300 (incl GST). They are also eligible for a grant of $500 towards the installation of an approved clean heat.

EECA Funding Offer Subject to Eligibility:

The grants will be provided for the following products only:

Ceiling and under-floor insulation is compulsory
Clean heat appliances
Hot water cylinder wraps/pipe insulation
Draught-stopping
Vapour barriers
